The government has agreed on a legally-binding Brexit withdrawal deal with the EU. Former Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab tells Today that Theresa May's deal "would be even worse" that staying in the EU: "We'd effectively be bound by the same rules but without the control or voice over them".
