Skype interview led to Olympic gold
Ben Ryan, the man who coached Fiji to the gold medal in the Olympic Rugby Sevens tournament at Rio 2016, explains he only landed the role after doing a job interview over Skype. Ryan guided Fiji to their first ever Olympic gold medal and has written about his colourful journey with the island and its people in a book called Sevens Heaven: The Beautiful Chaos of Fiji's Olympic Dream. The title was shortlisted for this week's William Hill Sports Book of the Year Award
