The Environment Secretary, Michael Gove, says the meaningful vote on Brexit will go ahead as planned on Tuesday, despite reports that it could be postponed. He also says that the verdict by the European Court of Justice that the UK can unilaterally cancel Brexit "doesn't alter the referendum result".
