France's President Macron prepares to address the nation.

France's President Macron is preparing to address the nation as the gilet jaune protests show little sign of subsiding. Laurent Duc runs a hotel in Lyon and represents hoteliers across the country, and tells us bookings have fallen by 20% in wake of the protests. And we look at the wider economic impact with Harriet Agnew, Paris correspondent for the Financial Times. Also in the programme, the governor of India's central bank, Urjit Patel, has resigned from his post. Our correspondent in Mumbai fills us in on the background to the move. We have a report from Tokyo, where Japan's parliament has passed new rules dramatically increasing the number of foreign workers allowed to enter the country. Theresa May addressed the House of Commons during the recording of the show, announcing a delay to tomorrow's scheduled vote on the Brexit. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Rob Young relays news from Parliament as it happens. Withdrawal Agreement. Plus we hear from Jayme Smaldone, founder and chief executive of "Mighty Mug", whose letter to US President Donald Trump might lead the country to pull out of the Universal Postal Union, which makes it cheaper for companies in China to ship goods to the United States, than it costs an American company to do the same.
