Housing Minister Kit Malthouse has told 蜜芽传媒 Radio 5 Live that house prices will keep rising in a 鈥済entle upward trajectory鈥� and he believes that will continue, even if the UK leaves the EU without a deal.

Speaking to 5 Live's Emma Barnett, he said that he鈥檚 not seen a specific forecast from his department - the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government - which looks specifically at the impact of 鈥榥o deal鈥� on house prices.
