Several lorries have overturned on a P&O ferry in rough seas off Cairnryan.
European Causeway was sailing from Larne to Cairnryan when extreme weather caused the vehicles to topple.
There were no reports of any injuries although some people could not leave their vehicles.
Police say the port of Cairnryan remains closed.
