Amber Rudd on universal credit, Brexit and The Bodyguard
Work and Pensions Secretary Amber Rudd told Newsnight that she favours calls to cut the "earnings taper".
This the rate at which benefits are reduced when claimants earn more money. Ms Rudd indicated support for the taper to be reduced from 63% to 60%.
Amber Rudd also spoke to political editor Nick Watt about Brexit and the 蜜芽传媒 series, The Bodyguard.
