This Week: Rose Johnson turns the lights down low, burns some scented candles and creates a safe space for a relaxing spa-rty.

Rose cracks open the activated charcoal crisps, the girls reminisce about scummy-looking steam rooms and they give each other an (ego) massage. Plus, comedian Felicity Ward joins them for some enchanting ASMR therapy.

Expect late-night chats about chakras, turnip juice references and unusual breathing techniques.
