Former Leicester City defender Robert Huth says Claude Puel almost worked against the players who wanted to play ‘high energy football’.
Leicester City have sacked their manager Puel after 16 months in charge as they suffered their fourth consecutive home Premier League defeat against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
The German defender, who won the title with Leicester City in 2016, says the French boss was ‘setting up the players for failure’ by not being ‘brutally honest’ with them.
