It's the deal that's got local sport buzzing.
The Cornish Pirates have bought Truro City Football Club in a move that - if approved by the football authorities - will put the White Tigers under new ownership for the third time this decade.
So, how did it happen - and what does it mean to both sides?
Alex Black has been acting as a consultant to help the Cornish Pirates do this deal, while Peter Masters is the Truro City chairman.
