Brexit: 'Huge progress' towards People's Vote says Anna Soubry
Despite the Brexit deadlock The Independent Group's Anna Soubry believes there is "huge progress" towards a public vote.
She says her group didn't vote for the customs union option in last night's second indicative vote because it wouldn't guarantee 'frictionless trade'.
