As expected Brexit has been delayed again. The UK and the EU have now agreed to a "flexible extension" until 31st of October. Halloween - you really couldn't make it up! It means Friday's deadline has been moved so we won't leave without a deal. But what difference will this extension make? Vinny spoke to 蜜芽传媒 NI political editor Mark Devenport, and got reaction from TUV MLA Jim Allister and SDLP MLA Daniel McCrossan.
