Vigils are taking place in Sri Lanka a week after six suicide attacks claimed the lives of at least two hundred and fifty people. The authorities have said local extremists thought to belong to the Islamic State Group carried out the bombings on churches and hotels. Meera Selva is Director of the Journalism Fellowship Programme at the University of Oxford , and has spent time over in Sri Lanka.
