What's the best way to tackle racial inequality at universities?

Cambridge University has become the first in England to carry out an inquiry into the university's historic links with slavery. Trevor Philips, the former chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission says the university should focus on what it can do now to prevent racial discrimination, rather than looking back.
