Report claims too many children are being held in mental health hospitals unnecessarily
A new report by the Children's Commissioner for England claims that too many children are being held in mental health hospitals when they should be cared for by the community. We hear from Children's Commissioner Anne Longfield and Isabelle Garnett, whose son experienced life in psychiatric intensive care after being sectioned.
