An emotional Theresa May confirmed she would step down as Tory leader on 7 June.

An emotional Theresa May confirmed she would step down as Tory leader on 7 June. We ask whether the selection of a new prime minister brings the possibility of a no-deal Brexit a step closer. Brexit supporter Tim Martin is the founder of a UK chain of 900 pubs called Wetherspoons, and gives us his reaction. And we also speak with Dr Adam Marshall, director general of the British Chambers of Commerce, who is not a fan of a no-deal Brexit. Also in the programme, after India's prime minister Narendra Modi has secured another five-year term, Fergus Nicoll is in the holy city of Varanasi, Modi’s constituency, looking at his promise to clean up the Ganges after decades of pollution. Plus Stephen Ryan reports from Kerala on the hundreds of thousands of workers who have travelled to the Gulf states to find work, and the strain it puts on their families back home.
