We hear how many rural areas lack the infrastructure to charge electric cars. Mel Shufflebotham is director of the Zap Map, which helps electric car drivers to find the nearest vacant charging point, and discusses the problem. The Mayor of London launches his electric vehicle infrastructure delivery plan. Also in the programme, the city government in Berlin has taken a big step towards freezing rents for five years. Our correspondent in the German capital tells us about fears some landlords will try to rush last-minute rent raises before the new law takes effect. Plus, we have a report from Stockholm on how many high-skilled migrants are seeing their work permit extensions rejected, on the basis of small administrative errors.
