Arrested for begging
Anyone who sleeps rough or begs in England and Wales can be arrested under an old law
Anyone who sleeps rough or begs in England and Wales is liable for arrest under the Vagrancy Act of 1824. But now there are calls to repeal the old law. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ reporter James Waterhouse has been speaking to some of those affected. We also hear from Assistant Chief Constable of South Wales Police, Jeremy Vaughan.
