Why are children banned from a playground?
A school playground in the Netherlands has been ordered to close due to its children being too noisy or face a $11,300 fine.
Residents who live next to the school complained that the children were exceeding a 70-decibel limit on residential areas.
Nicol Hesselink is the mother of three pupils at De Buut primary school, she is also a member of the parents association as well as a local resident.
