Andrea Leadsom on bullying and harassment in Westminster

A new report says it's a significant problem, and the Speaker himself is facing calls to resign.

Andrea Leadsom, the MP who led Parliament's response to these bullying allegations, says she recognises the behaviour.

Senior lawyer Gemma White QC, who led the investigation, said the behaviour had "seriously affected the health and welfare of far too many people".
