Gaps in the money management skills of children in care to prepare them for an independent adult life is behind a call by a group of MPs. Ralph was 14 when he went into care. He gave evidence to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Financial Education for Young People. He shares his perspective on the issue with Paul Lewis.
