Martin Pollock survived the blast of an IED back in 2010 and after a long rehab and recovery has had to adapt to life as a triple amputee.
He's discovered surfing has no limits.
Nine years after the explosion - the 35 year old from Mullion is performing on the world surfing stage and is helping other injured servicemen and women get out on the water.
