From battling cancer to winning a world gold medal - in just six months...
Five-time Olympic swimming champion Nathan Adrian has talked about how his outlook on sport and life has changed after receiving a testicular cancer diagnosis seven months ago.
Adrian helped the US take gold in the 4x100-meter freestyle in the final at the FINA World Championships in South Korea this summer, but tells Sportsworld's Rob Schofield that the medals aren't as important to him now.
