Children's care system overstretched
As more and more teenagers go into care, how can the system cope?
The number of teenagers being taken into care is rising. The increase in numbers means the system is struggling to cope. That's according to research from the children's commissioner for England Anne Longfield. We hear from her and Rachel Musekiwa who grew up in foster care from the age of nine.
