How is social media affecting teens' mental health?
A new study that followed almost 10,000 British teenagers for two years found that social media usage itself does not damage youth psychological wellbeing. However, health problems start if teenagers - particularly girls - lose sleep over screen time or face cyberbullying. Psychiatrist Dr Dasha Nicholls of Imperial College London offers advice to concerned parents.
