Beating depression: a footballer's road to recovery
When British ex-footballer Clarke Carlisle went missing in 2017, his wife Carrie thought the worst. He had severe depression and had already attempted to take his life. After he was found safely, Clarke spent weeks in a psychiatric hospital and more than a year in therapy. The Carlisles share the tips and coping mechanisms that helped them through this tough period.
