Could Greenland's mud help to feed the world?

The glaciers of Greenland continuously grind rocks into a fine dust known as “mud flour”. Geologist Minik Rosing is investigating whether it could be harvested and transported to tropical areas where the heat has removed vital nutrients from the soil over millennia.
