"I was very quiet... dementia gives me more of a voice"
ѿý Radio 4 Woman's Hour has been talking to women with dementia about how music helps them cope.
Teresa Davies is from Mold in North Wales and is creating a digital book about her life - so future carers will know what music she likes.
She says she was always quiet but music has given her permission to speak up for herself. She shares her music memories with Henrietta Harrison.
