Essex lorry deaths: Identifying the victims
Police have begun the process of moving the bodies of 39 Chinese nationals found dead in a refrigerated lorry in Essex.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said recovering all the bodies would take time and the dignity of the victims was their primary concern.
Post-mortem examinations will be the next step in the investigation. One of Britain's top forensic pathologists, Dr Richard Shepherd, who has worked on the Marchioness disaster, the 7/7 bombings and the inquiry into Princess Diana's death, joins Kirsty Wark to discusses the process of identifying the dead.
