Grenfell Tower survivor: 'The hurt is always going to be there'
The London Fire Brigade (LFB) has been condemned for "serious shortcomings" and systemic failures in its response to the Grenfell Tower fire, in a report after the first phase of an inquiry into the fire.
The report of the first phase of the Grenfell Tower fire reveals how the fire began, spread and became a disaster. The report concludes that "many more lives" could have been saved on the night of 14 June 2017, if the advice to residents to "stay put" had been abandoned earlier than 02:35 BST.
The report contains images that some viewers may find distressing.
