'There should be no amnesty for anyone in the conflict' - Emmett McConomy
The brother of a Derry schoolboy killed by a British soldier in 1982 has described a pledge by the Conservative party to protect veterans who served in Northern Ireland as electioneering. Emmett McConomy's 11-year-old brother Stephen was playing with friends in the Bogside when he was shot in the head by a plastic bullet. The soldier claimed he fired the shot by accident and was never prosecuted. Emmett McConomy spoke to our reporter Dean McLaughlin.
