Headmaster. Mentor. Father figure. Just some of the words to describe Chris Stirling's role at the Cornish Pirates.
The New Zealander returned to the club in the summer after coaching in New Zealand and Yorkshire.
He says there's a 3 year plan to take the club forward and the ambition is very much centred around a new stadium and promotion to the Premiership.
