Kaitlyn is thirteen and has autism, and is non verbal; she's never spoken more than two words at a time. After seeing a Christmas display of lights, with Santa and a glowing snowman, she spoke her first sentence ever. Her mother, Marisabel describes that moment and how emotional it was for her.
