Illusionist and magician Uri Geller has applied to work for the civil service after Dominic Cummings' posted a job advert calling for "super-talented weirdos".

Dominic Cummings, one of prime minister鈥檚 chief advisors, posted a job advert in the beginning of January calling for 鈥渨eirdos鈥� to apply to undertake jobs in government. Mr Cummings says he wants to 鈥渉ire an unusual set of people鈥� and encourage a more diverse workforce inside Number 10 and in the civil service. But was Uri Geller the candidate he was expecting?
