Is ISIS tightening its grip on Mozambique?

Over the past year Mozambique has been the target of attacks of ISIS' regional offshoot

Mozambique has been hit by several attacks over the last year or so by a group local people call Al Shabaab - not to be confused with the Somali based group. The more formal name for it is Islamic State in Central Africa Province or ISCAP - and it has claimed responsibility for another attack in northern Mozambique, this time on a military base. Jasmine Opperman from the Terrorism Research and Analysis Consortium gives us the details.
