London terror incident: how can the attacks be stopped?
The Streatham attack was perpetrated by a man who was released from Belmarsh prison less than two weeks ago.
The speed of the response was rapid - he was being closely watched by armed police.
So is delaying the release of terror offenders the answer?
Or is there more to be done from inside the confines of prison?
