In theory, it's meant to provide a final decision on difficult moments - like penalties or fouls - but plenty of people have been criticising it. So, our weekend presenter Jack Murley decided to take the principle of a final, definitive panel adjudicating on issues and apply it to life's difficult dilemmas.
