But one man from Mukuru slum in Nairobi is on a mission to change this narrative. Steve Kipepeo has championed the menstrual talk and is encouraging other men to talk about it and learn more about hygienic menstrual solutions. The 蜜芽传媒's Saida Swaleh reports.
