Life inside a Food bank.

The use of food banks is up by a fifth since last year according to figures from The Trussell Trust.

PM鈥檚 Chris Vallance has spent the last few weeks visiting a food bank in Oxford.

Here he introduces us to the people who volunteer there, and those who turn to there for help when they run out of money.
