'I don't think anybody's trying to be greedy' - Barnes on Liverpool furlough U-turn
Former Liverpool player John Barnes discusses the club's decision to reverse their plans to place some non-playing staff on furlough during the coronavirus pandemic.
Barnes said: "In these unprecedented times I don't think anybody is necessarily trying to be greedy, they're just looking at what they think the right thing is to do for their business."
In a letter to their fans, Liverpool chief executive Peter Moore apologised and said the club have now opted to find alternative means to pay staff.
