10 years ago, the Cornish Pirates won the British and Irish Cup at Camborne rugby club.
They beat Munster A by 23 points to 14.
The Pirates became history makers - becoming the first team to win the competition.
Former Pirate Blair Cowan has been sharing his memories of that day with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Cornwall's Dick Straughan.
