Victims Commissioner Judith Thompson has written an open letter to the Prime Minister about the Troubles’ pension scheme. Ms Thompson and artist Colin Davidson spoke to Good Morning Ulster. Mr Davidson, who has painted the portraits of many affected says delays to payments are adding to victims’ trauma.
