The chair of the South Yorkshire Police Federation has criticised the government for expecting the police to enforce a new coronavirus law, making it illegal for people in England to gather in groups of more than six people.

Speaking on 蜜芽传媒 Radio 5 Live, Steve Kent told Nicky Campbell: 鈥淭hat kind of hard-line image is firstly for me, completely unrealistic, in that we haven鈥檛 got the resources to do it, and also a bit misleading鈥�.
