5 Live listener, Barbara in Cornwall told 5 Live Breakfast that Health Secretary Matt Hancock and England鈥檚 chief medical officer Chris Whitty will not get the younger generation to follow rules by 鈥減reaching鈥�, and that the government have failed in their response to coronavirus.

Speaking to 5 Live Breakfast she said: 鈥淲hat they need, is somebody in that government who understands psychology and the likes of Whitty and Hancock, who stand up there and preach to people is not going to get anybody to obey the rules.鈥�
