                Coronavirus: Why is Covid-19 so infectious?
Covid-19 spreads quickly and easily compared to many other diseases. Airborne transmission via respiratory droplets is a major way for the coronavirus to spread and many people with Covid-19 won’t even know they have the disease. One significant mutation has already made it easier for the Sars-Cov-2 coronavirus to attach itself to us. Scientists are keeping a close eye on how the virus is changing - will Covid-19 become even more infectious?
