Halloween 'not cancelled' in Scotland
Halloween is “not cancelled” says Scottish government Social Security Secretary Shirley-Anne Somerville.
The SNP MSP told ѿý Debate Night that families should be “doing it differently” during Covid.
She urged parents to explain to children the sacrifice they are making and mark the occasion as a household.
Conservative MSP Oliver Mundell added that vulnerable people “would not welcome” trick-or-treaters at their door.
