First year university student, Jess Pabon, says she would welcome rapid Covid-19 testing for students and a shorter term if it meant they could get home in time for Christmas.

Speaking to 5 Live鈥檚 Nicky Campbell, she said her friends at Durham University had taken part in the two swab testing pilot which gave them results after 30 to 40. Jess, from News Jersey, added that a lot of students have 鈥渞eally struggled this year鈥� and that a break in teaching will be beneficial.
