As part of 5 Live #SaveOurSport, grassroots football secretary Kirsty Turner told ex-England goalkeeper David James how nervous their club's kids were when returning to sport after the first lockdown.

Speaking to 5 Live's Nihal Arthanayake, she said: 鈥淲e noticed the last time we came back the children was very sceptical鈥� it took a long time for them to come out of their shells.鈥�

Each day of the week 5 Live will be profiling a particular sport and the impact the pandemic has had on it at grassroots level.
