Outdoor pools and ponds are closed in lockdown and swimming elsewhere is restricted. But cold water swim obsessives are still getting their fix, as the 蜜芽传媒 correspondent Justin Rowlatt found out. When he met one swimmer she admitted she was 鈥渙penly addicted to cold swimming" and told him about the lengths she was going to, to get the endorphins rush she needs.
