PC Hylton, member of the Lancashire Constabulary, speaking to former Met Police superintendent Leroy Logan on 5 Live Drive.

Logan is a former chairman and founding member of the Black Police Association who was involved in the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry and the inquiry into the killing of Damilola Taylor.
